The staff here provided excellent and attentive service, and the central location was convenient for exploring and dining out in the evenings at nearby The Old Tramway Inn.

It has brand-new and extremely pleasant rooms to offer with atleast the windows, breakfast for 2, very comfortable bed. The breakfast is well organized, and the location is incredible near to Stratford's pubs and restaurants as well as the town centre and surrounding Cotswolds.

The bed in the twin room was big. It was nice to have storage space, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel's location was very central, right next to the main theatre and restaurants. Enjoyed a lovely drink overlooking the river at the hotel's restaurant called Emma.Visited The Fourteas, a charming tea room just 1 km away from the hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff 1+. Great location to visit the city (only 200 m and you are in the center)
Unfortunately the room had no window to open and could only be ventilated with air conditioning.

Clean, great value hotel, its location was stunning and pleasant and near the river and the centre of town. Quick check-in, late check-out, polite staff. Spotlessly clean and airy rooms, wonderful views over the garden. Exceptionally comfortable beds, great selection for breakfast.

We were always friendly served, we got a table for 7 people immediately, the food was tasty.price performance ratio is right, I stayed there for 4 days and would be happy to go there again.
The bath must be renewed

The rooms are modernly furnished and the quality of the beds is good. The hotel is very quiet. The staff in all areas is very friendly and helpful.
As with many hotels, I would wish for a real shower instead of the shower in the bathtub, but that's already complaining at a high level.

We found this place very convenient as it was located in the town centre and close to all the attractions. The housekeeping and bell staff/porter were very helpful and welcoming, and the in-room amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar and flat-screen TV made our stay more pleasant. The garden area was lovely and the terrace was a great place to relax. The leisure centre offered a variety of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, steam room and fitness centre.

After 10 B&B's and small hotels with usually fake 3 and 4 star promises, finally we had an international standard (also applies to breakfast), and this at a real bargain price and in best location Plus moderate parking price.
There's nothing to complain about!
